out if you're into old broadcast radios, if you're in range, and if you get here in time. Meanwhile, Episode 3 centers on a conversation with CC-AWA President Ron Lawrence W4RON about his Atwater-Kent model 10 receiver (and lots of other stuff), all embedded in a visit to the Charlotte Hamfest. I also 'revisited' CQ's Rich Moseson W2VU (we said it all at Orlando), and Yaesu's Dennis Motschenbacher K7BV (he's got a picture of the DMR stuff, but he didn't show it). Dennis and Rich were also at the Charlotte fest. |
